New Life Academy

New Life Academy is a private, Christian school enrolling approximately 650 students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12.

Academics

The academic program at New Life Academy focuses on providing a strong educational foundation and college preparation. Student test scores are consistently higher than state and national averages. At New Life Academy, 98% of students go on to higher education after graduating and are accepted to colleges and universities all over the country.

While New Life Academy offers many educational opportunities, that is only part of the academic experience. Spiritual growth and development are an intergral part of every class. Students take Bible courses thoughout the elementary and secondary grades and participate in weekly chapel services.

Athletics

Athletics are an important part of the New Life Academy community. The Academy offers 17 varsity sports, as well as many additional programs for younger students. Varsity teams compete in the Minnesota Christian Athletic Association and the Minnesota State High School League.

In keeping with the school’s mission, the athletic program offers athletes the opportunity to compete in an environment focused on encouraging Christian values and character development. Dedicated and talented coaches train students to be competitive athletes and teach them to repect their coaches, teammates, opponents and officials. Success is not only defined by wins and losses, but the character developed and displayed.

Fine Arts

New Life Academy’s Fine Arts program is an important part of ensuring students receive a comprehensive academic experience at all grade levels.

Talented and educated instructors work with students as early as Pre-Kindergarten to produce quality visual artwork and present various programs that develop their vocal and dramatic skills. While still in elementary school, students have the opportunity to participate in a complete band program.

Over half of New Life Academy secondary students are involved in Fine Arts programs. Students can select from a variety of opportunities in music, drama and visual arts with multiple occasions to present their work throughout the school year.

New Life Academy faculty are committed Christians and have a passionate concern for each student’s success and spiritual development. Our curriculum is based on biblical truth. Chapel services, prayer and Bible education are part of the student experience at every grade level.

Character Development

New Life Academy is committed to developing a student’s character. We recognize that character is a reflection of a student’s heart and that their actions, thoughts and behaviors are an expression of their love for God. New Life Academy prides itself in developing and reinforcing godly character through all aspects of the student experience.
